I had such a lovely stay at this hotel! The room was super comfy—everything from the bed to the pillows made it feel like a cozy retreat. But what really made the experience stand out was the team at the front desk and concierge. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They even helped me organize my short time in the city so I could make the most out of it—offering great tips, restaurant suggestions, and helping me plan my days just right. Special shout-out to Thara for being incredibly kind and thoughtful—she truly made me feel at home. I really appreciated the warm service and would absolutely come back again!

We were delighted with the entertainment staff and your employee, who dressed up the red Turkish flag t-shirts, with nickname "Handsome," which made our stay memorable and enjoyable. We even won bingo, and one of our family members became the Seaphoria Resorts Quinn thanks to his ability to persuade people to participate. We lost a few pounds thanks to the morning water aerobics. We enjoyed playing darts in the afternoon and watching the evening shows for adults and children. Our little ones enjoyed the disco night. The food was delicious, the staff pleasant and helpful

I reserved a room for two, but they upgraded my stay to a two-room apartment. It was a thoughtfulghtful gesture from them. The location is tricky to reach; however, it was close to all the places I needed. The breakfast was average; they tried to help when needed. It was intercontinental and satisfied all guests. They offer to cook different types of omelets or offer other types of food. Bathrooms were pristine and provided with essentials. The staff were so helpful and always ready to help. Room service was great with providing the service in good time.

Comfortable location near the metro station. And also hotel provides comfortable frequent transfers. One thing I would change is the time of transfer to the beach. The attitude of the staff is ideal. Since we were in the UAE for the first time, we were given a luxury room. Daily high-quality cleaning of the rooms, a good swimming pool. So they extended our stay in the room due to a late flight. Special thanks to the hotel and the staff for this. The hotel and the room were always perfectly clean.
